3.1 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately via bd baji live chat or email. The user is responsible for all activity on the account until notice is received.

3.2 Technical Errors

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Users making their first deposit on bd baji receive a 100% bonus, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, and one bonus applies per account.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• bd baji determines the list of games that can be played using bonus funds and the contribution rate of each game toward the wagering requirement.
• The maximum bet amount when using bonus funds is set by bd baji.

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they must contact the support team via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

8.3 Bonus Cancellation Circumstances

If a breach of terms or fraud is detected, all bonus funds and winnings earned from bonuses will be cancelled. Only the return of actual deposited funds may be considered.

Limitation of Liability

bd baji accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical issues on the platform, disruption of third-party services, or other unforeseen events. In particular:
